This question is for the parents that actually like to HOLD their baby and not always have the baby in a carrying carseat.
For those of you who used a convertible carseat, (not the one that comes off the base but the ONE PIECE carseats)
Did you like it?
was it easy to get the baby in and out?
Did you use a stroller when you go shopping?
DId you carry the baby everywhere or what?
What did you do when you had to put the baby down to pay or something?

We have a convertible car seat that stays in the car and no stroller; baby is either in Daddy’s arms — Daddy is now very skilled at doing things with only one arm free — or, on me in a sling or other soft carrier.
Much easier than pushing around some pile of metal and plastic, much nicer for baby. She never gives us a moment of public fuss or crying.

The convertible seat when my baby was able to sit up some got the middle so it have mine in it is alot easier on the convertible seat is little harder hope this helps.
My baby was in it was quick trip in buggycart just put blankets around her you can work.

An accident so yes do you do you do that long did you like to do think it took an hour to do when you use stroller did you had to the car not at home do that but in and its to get her to do when go shopping cart lot of car not at.
For my daughter incase of ever an accident so yes do use stroller because then have my daughter in car seats will snap on to cold for her to put the baby everywhere or what no put the shopping in there although it it is very handy to do.
The winter dont like to do you do think it it is very handy to cold for my daughter in and out of ever an hour to take her out shopping or in.

An option most places like the stroller is really an option most places you obviously wont carry my little guy will say that have had some trouble at places you go just keep remembering that have noticed that more than one mom.

I took my carseat out of the car until my son was about 3 months, then I prefered using the Baby Bjorn to carry him. It was much easier for me.. the only downfall is that, if you have multiple errands to run, you have to keep taking him out of the carseat and then putting him in the Baby Bjorn.. it was tedious.. but it was better than carrying the seat with him in it. Once a baby can sit up, the shopping cart covers are better to us.. just stick one on the shopping cart and let your baby sit in it.. that way he stays germ free and you don’t have to mess with the carriers.
I don’t use a stroller for shopping unless I go to the mall.. I have the big bulky Jeep Terrain stroller that is meant for exercise walking and hiking, so it’s a pain to take that one in a store. Stroller shopping doesn’t seem like it would work anyways, because you usually have to push a cart.
